Ignite not working on an HPUX system with Veritas "rootdg" root disk
I've created an Ignite tape on an HP system with 11.11 OS, and the OS is Veritas "rootdg". The "rootdg" gets written to ignite tape without complaint, I then loaded it to another system and it seemed to copy the data to disk OK. when I boot the other system it complains
panic: swapconf - no primary swap space configured
I have tried booting hpux -is, hpux -lm, hpux -lq, hpux -vm. All fail with same message. How can I get the Veritas to boot without the swap. One site said load OS INstall CD and write the LIF and that got around this message.
