Ignite pax/tar & missing etc

Ignite pax/tar & missing etc

Just restored an Ignite image using tar -tvf but there was no etc or come to think of it sbin either.

Any ideas? What could be the cause of this?

If you used tar -tvf comand to restore file then you gave wrong command. -t is to see the contents.

use tar -xvf instead

-USA..
