Ignite rp4440 giving an error

Hi All,

I have a new rp4440 with 2 internal disks each 73GB. I tried to ignite it from ignite server, but it keep giving me an error below when first boot:

panic: all VFS_MOUNTROOTs failed: NEED DRIVER ????

What is the issue actually? How can I ignite this server?

Thanks for your help in advance.

Best Regards,

Thanks. The image was taken from another hardware (separate ignite server).

Re: Ignite rp4440 giving an error

OK, what model and OS version?

The OS must be at least 11.11 (with current HW enable bundle), you should select the "install to different h/w" option while installing.

Hope this helps!

Torsten.

Re: Ignite rp4440 giving an error

This is a basic, fatal error msg I get when the Ignite is completely hosed. Whatever you are attempting is failing in a fundamental way.

I suspect that whatever your source is, it is not adequate for an rp4440.
