Is this an OK ignite script? HP UX 11.23

Hi,

I've just updated to latest IA64 release of Ignite and have this command in my ignite script.

make_tape_recovery -Iv -x inc_entire=vg00 \
-a /dev/rmt/0mn >> /apps/tcomignite.log

I want to:

A) Make the Tape bootable
B) Make the recovery process interactive
C) Back up everything on vg00
D) Back up the volume group info for vg01
(so that if I need to recovery OS, it will go
and find/mount up the vg01 file systems but
leave the data in vg01 intact)
E) NOT backup the contents of vg01 (my applications have their own backup scripts)

Does the above command look ok?

Any info / tips appreciated.

Shalom,

I'm not sure the redirect will work for the log.

Ignite keeps its own log, but its worth a try.

The vg stuff is fine.

My script:

/opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery -Av -x inc_entire=vg00 -x exclude=/home -d "description"
