Memory fault(coredump) error while taking IGNITE

Hi All,

I am facing a problem while running the ignite backup. I am getting an error . Its a rp4440 system running HP-UX 11.31

# /opt/ignite/bin/make_tape_recovery -x inc_entire=vg00 -a /dev/rmt/1mn

If you can try the latest version of Ignite. Current it 7.10.

Ignite always seems to have some problem with something.

Find a recent working version and stick with it.

Shalom,

There is a log Anoop.

The actual cause of failure might be there.

swlist -l product | grep -i ignite

Make sure only one version of Ignite is installed.

If there is more than one, swremove them all and install the latest version available at http://software.hp.com
