From the Ignite interface on the server, when I try to recover a client, I get this:
Fatal error on "xxxxxx": (remsh error: Command "remsh xxxxxxxxx -l root -n uname -r" appears hung, killing it.)
Solved! Go to Solution.

Re: Problem recovering a system
I can ping it but not ssh or telnet to it.
Now how can I recover it?
I booted into EFI shell and from there, trying to run dbprofile so I can boot off the Ignite server but it's saying:
'dbprofile' not found

Re: Problem recovering a system
That is most interesting. It appears I do not have the dbprofile command on this 2620 machine.
How do I bypass it to boot off the Ignite server?

Re: Problem recovering a system
For these machines, you should select the lancard for boot on the main menu, and have a matching /etc/bootptab entry for that lancard on your ignite server. Both machines must be on the same subnet for this method to work.

Re: Problem recovering a system
I am discarding this zx6000 and upgrading to a 2620.
