What's in /etc/shutdownlog?
What's in /etc/opt/resmon/log/*
What's in /var/adm/syslog/OLDsyslog.log?
What's in /var/tombstones/ts99?

Have the dump analyzed by hp support.


you can also look at the stack trace on the console log.
