Henry,

The file you downloaded is a depot that gets installed with swinstall. Assuming you downloaded it to /tmp, the command would be "swinstall -s /tmp/Ignite-UX_10.xALL.depot". That will bring up the GUI version of swinstall and you can proceed from there.
