Wich changes will do Ingite in destination system?
I've had some problemas after clone two systems with Ignite-UX using make_tape_recovery.
I did a full backup of my A server and restore it in my B server.
The problem that I had was with an oracle forms app and it's was caused because /etc/hosts file was changed automatically during restore task. In my original file I had defined two names for local machine, and in the restore system, /etc/hosts file only contain with the main name.
Does Ignite any other change during a restore?
Regards,
FJ

Re: Wich changes will do Ingite in destination system?
Depends what you choose in the instalation menu, once you have booted from the ignite tape.
You can loads of things(ips, root passwd, resolv.conf, etc, etc, etc) or don't change anything at all.
