change virtual ip address on hp-ux SGcluster

Virtual IP means package IP?
Is it active/passive cluster?
Share the output of netstat -an from primary node.

Hi,
To change package IP, change the IP on lan0:1
Modify the IP[0] directive in package control file.
Halt the package.
Use cmcheckconf & cmapplyconf to apply the changes.
Run the package.

could you please provide right order to perform. is there any system impact?
