ignite Problems
Hi,
I have a ignite server and I have added a client three weeks ago. This client was working normally but now I don't know why when I start the make_net_recovery, the process stops in this step ( * Checking Versions of Recovery Tools) and don't follow ahead.
I already try to reinstall the client but the trouble persist.
what can i do to solve this problem??
Follow some information to help you:
OS - HPUX 11.11
Installed Package:
B5725AA C.6.8.152 HP-UX Installation Utilities (Ignite-UX)
Ignite-UX-11-11 C.6.8.152 HP-UX Installation Utilities for Installing 11.11 Systems
Thank you since now..

Re: ignite Problems
please check the Ignite -UX version s on both the server as well as the client. The server should have a higher version og IG-UX than the client.
can u let compare the IUX versions on both and tell me.
also are there any patching changes made on the IUX /Server clients in betwen ?

Re: ignite Problems
Shalom,
Probably did not swremove the previous version of Ignite before the upgrade.
back up configuration customization files, swremvoe all current versions of Ignite and then swinstall the version you want to run with.
