can you give me the ftp site address? The site you gave me is taking too long to download and keeps timing out.

I think you'll just have to wait. HP has been experiencing problems with its downloads throughout the day - no matter whether it was ftp, http, patches, software, whatever.

It seems to be working now - at least I've managed to down load 10MB out of 60 so far.
