make_net_recovery behind firewall

My Ignite server is behind a firewall. I would like to have a list of tcp/udp ports to be opened in the firewall to let a server with HP-UX 11.11 to run make_net_recovery successfully. I will appreciate a list with port numbers, protocol tcp/udp and if it is two way communications. I will assign top points to straight answers.

Take a look at the document available at
http://www.docs.hp.com/en/5992-2901/5992-2901.pdf where you can find the required ports to be opened for IG-UX server and client communication.
