boot lan.IP_address install
so if your recovery host (where the acrhive is stored) is 10.2.14.17, then
boot lan.10.2.14.17 install
Note the period between the word "lan" and the IP address.

click on "Using a Boot Helper" and follow the instructions on how to set a boot helper up.!
