SolutionHope I understand your question well.
The make_recovery is a local command, if you run make_recovery you will get a bootable tape which can be used to recover or clone your server.
make_net_recovery will create an image on your ignite server ( or you could use the graphical ineterface ) which can be used to boot from a lan interface.
