save_config failing
2 out of my 3 N4000's work fine when running make_tape_recovery. However, the 3rd system is hanging when the 'save_config -f' command is being run.
On one of the successful systems, I ran 'save_config -f -' to see the output. This took off immediately. On the system hanging, I see this when I run the command...
# save_config -f -
cfg "HP-UX System Recovery"=TRUE
_hp_saved_detail_level="vfph"
#
# Variable assignments
#
And it just hangs.
/var has plenty of room
Any suggestions?

Re: save_config failing
Problem is with 12H array. We are trying to shutdown/disconnect now that we are on SAN.
After shutting down, I could not run make_tape_restore sucessfully. I started the 12H back up and was able to run the command.
I moved the question to appropriate forum.
