swacl problem

I need to open up the swacl list to allow for a root user on another machine to perform a "swlist -l product @ nodename" command. I've tried to find some answers through a thread search and maybe I'm just dense today, but I just can't sift through and get it right.

What is the swacl command I need to execute to open up the remote swlist command?
