Why do it take so long to load the infosight page and login?

No, page loading and login is faster now - which it has not been for a long time. Not superfast, but faster.

Using Inter-Volume Performance & Contention in Labs is extremly slow ... is this to be expected?

There was a bug with the Inter-Volume Performance & Contention tool that was affecting performance of the tool. The bug has been fixed. Has performance of the tool improved?
