When you get to the "press enter to activate this console", that is a sign that the RAMdisk is completely booted. I cannot imagine why it didn't work.
Is this something you've seen before or is this the first time? And can it be repeated?

The only issue is I cant seem to capture the output on the ILO console fast enough so I can share the step by step information with you

Still too many possibilities :(
What I think we need are the failure messages you get.
On the task results screen it lists the various steps it is going to take to perform the task. If you select the individual step that failed, you should see some type of failure message under the operations deatils at the bottom.
I think I need to know what errors you are seeing during these various failures.
