How do I get the ICLE DHCP to pass a default gateway to the iLO/OA gear? I can't get to anything remote right now - I have to tunnel to it all.

Solution
You only need to use the SOCKS proxy that is built in to ICLE.
Go to your browser's network configuration, in IE go to Tools, Internet Options, Connections, LAN Settings. Check the "Use Automatic configuration script" box and for the address enter your IP or DNS name of the ICLE management NIC. Example:
http://16.100.233.179/socks.php or if using DNS http://icledemo.usa.hp.com/socks.php and click on OK to save.
Now you should be able to click on Manage, (drill down to the blade you want to get to its iLO) on the right hand side of the screen you should see a button labeled "iLO Web Console" - click on that (if you are using the new IE browser it will tell you there is a problem with the website's security certificate, just click on "Continue to this website". You are now asked to login to the iLO if is a p-Class system, the c-Class system should auto log you in to the iLO2, but if it doesn't just enter the "Administrator" account with the password assigned on the sticker (or if you changed it - enter that). Then mouse over the "Remote Console" tab at the top of that screen and click on either of the remote console links and you should now have video access to that server and any iLO2 access you desire.

Re: Gateway information FROM ICLE for iLO network?
Thanks - this works well with IE and FF, not so much with Safari
