HP ICE will not launch

We changed our domain administrator password a couple of weeks back and we now are having trouble launching the ICE. I can provide the exact error message as soon as I am on site but was hoping someone knew where I could start (other than changing credentials on services that run under domain admin). Any help would be appreciated and I will post the error later this morning. Thanks. Rob.

The exact error message would be helpful.

What is the relationship of the ICE box to the domain controller?

Ok. It seems like it is an SQL authentication problem. When I launch Insight Manager it hangs at the "Checking HTTP Server Status". It counts up but nothing ever loads. I also have the following error message in the AltirisDataManager Log

eXpressDatabase
Error 17: SQL Server does not exist or access denied.

I also have the following errors in the Application log.

com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error loading database verification handler 'com.hp.mx.database.MsSqlVerificationHandler'
com.hp.mx.database.DbVerificationException: Error accessing database

AND

Login failed for user ''. The user is not associated with a trusted SQL Server connection. [CLIENT: 10.1.1.28]

One more error message in Application log:

SSPI handshake failed with error code 0x8009030c while establishing a connection with integrated security; the connection has been closed. [CLIENT: 10.1.1.28]
