Proliant ML350 G5 - How to use ICE-linux

On Proliant ML350 G5,
I installed the ProLiant Support Pack for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 5 (i686) with the following link

I just want to manage a single server. Now, can I use ICE-Linux ?
I look at some docs for newbies, but I don't understand very well: do I need a specific license for managing my single server with Insight Control Manager ?
I saw at the end of the PSP install that SNMP daemon is started , HP System Management Homepage is started too and also HP System Management Drivers and agents. But where is HP System Management Homepage in my server ? some links like https://my_ip:280,
https://my_ip:50000 and so on don't work
Thank you for supporting me

Managing an entry level server is not a big deal then why you want to choose ICE, Stick with the Proliant Essentials You can feel are use productively any of the functionality in ICE until you have a datacentre with least 4 - 5 mid range servers.

Below is the difference between the Insight Control Environment and ProLiant Essentials.

ProLiant Essentials are individual product offerings targeted at specific management functions. The Insight Control Environment delivers improved control and flexibility in managing your ProLiant infrastructure by combining the capabilities of HP Systems Insight Manager and select ProLiant Essentials software products into an easy-to-install, easy-to-license, and attractively priced software package.

While HP will continue to offer select ProLiant Essentials software offerings, the Insight Control Environment and Insight Control Environment for BladeSystem will offer more management capabilities at a more attractive price point than when purchased a la carte.
