I have DL360G5 with RHEL 4.2.
I have installed psp 8.3 and since that moment my system does not recognize network card. On the live chat I was advised by HP expert to install psp 8.4 so I did it but doesn't help at all. During system start up system fails to recognize NIC. When I try to make NIC active it says "bnx2 device eth0 does not seem to be present". In message log I have information: "kernel: bnx2: version magic '2.6.9-42.ELsmp SMP 686 REGPARM 4KSTACKS gcc-3.2' should be '2.6.9-42.ELsmp SMP 686 REGPARM 4KSTACKS gcc-3.4"
Please advice how to fix it or remove psp and comeback to original state.

I implemented advised procedure.
