7.3.0.0050 Backup

We have IRS version 7.3.0.0050 installed and are having big issues with the service keep stopping and the webpage not responding.  We are now looking at doing a fresh install of the application but want to know is there anyway of backup up the current configs so we dont have to do all the discoveries again
