Advanced Remote Support

I moved to another HP SIM server.

I get this message when I launch Remote Support Configuration and Services:

Could not load the Remote Support Customer Information file.
Please refer to the Support Documentation for resolution steps.

the old server is still available, any idea of which files to copy so this will work?

Running System Insight Manager with SP1 and hotfixes.

Remote support client is the latest one - 5.30
