Anybody here who is familiar with HP's warranty program? Share your experience.

I am planning to buy HP Omen 15-en0002AX in coming days from either Flipkart or Amazon (Rs.9 difference...) Only thing that is bugging me right now is the warranty service of HP. How good is it? I am familiar with Lenovo's and they will repair your laptop even if you smash it open with a bat. I went through HP India's Twitter account and **bleep** it is a mess.

So yea, if you have used HP product in past and use their one year warranty, how was it? Was the experience good or just hell? Let me know in comments
