Cannot found any event in "Problem Report" on SEA interface when Send Test Event

I'm trying to set managed HP-UX node into IRSS. After done all configured, I ran "send_test_event -v disk_em" on HP-UX to test end-to-end to Hosting Device (IRSS), But there are no event in "Problem Report" or "WEBES Notification" but the event appear under "Events" tab in "Real Time" monitor. This happen also cannot forward event to ISEE, please help... thanks.

Note: IRSS v5.20

Hi,
Check in SEA - RSC Settings for "Remote Support Client has been successfully registeres" by pressing the Update button.
Check and complete the managed device's information in "Managed Entity Properties", including product number.
Add further "Managed Protocols" with usernames and passwords where HP-UX systems are accessible.

Thanks Werner, I followed your steps,
1) Registered RSC --> OK
2) Verify managed WBEM protocol --> OK
3) Verify entitlement info --> OK

But still no event after executed "send_test_event" from HP-UX on SEA, please advice.
