Cannot link a new server warranty on HPE support site

Hello,

I tried to link a Microserver Gen10 to my HPE support account, which seems to be a requirement to access the SPP downloads, but I've been unable to do so or obtain any support because it fails.

The warranty check reported mostly correct info (the date of purchase is wrong) and finished with:

Please note: This warranty is not available to link because the country of purchase provided is not accurate. Re-enter country of purchase data for this item.

So...how can I resolve that idiotic situation? I cannot open a support case because my product list is empty (!?!)

Thanks Parvez_AL, the warranty has been linked successfully by the support team and I've been able to download the SPP.
