Case status stalled at OSEM

Hi,

HP sim 5.3 with sp1,RSP A.05.20 Installed.I want to check if traps are receiving at HP.
i send 2 event from one managed node
First event is SEATEST event.its status in hp sim is Delivered to Remote support and case status is closed.Fine
Now i remove one hdd from same managed node.In hp sim event status for this is Undelivered and case status is stalled at OSEM.

In OSEM Viewer all event status are stalled
Need help.I would like to mention that i can get the snmp trap in hp sim from managed node.

Hi

Please help,I think if I dont get answer in this forum then I wont be get it any where else as well.there is some portion of rsm_log file /Is it mail related problem

Pawan,

As a first step, re-start the Remote Support Client service on the CMS. Then return to the OSEM viewer and select a stalled event and re-submit the event. It should move from the 'stalled' state, to 'in transit' and finally 'delivered'.

Thank you very much for your reply

Actually it was my Mcafee antivirus which was preventing these notification to be delivered through mail as I noticed in logs also

I disabled Mcafee Antivirus and all OSEM notification was delivered after that

I am giving you point because you are the only one who replied
