Changed IP on CMS

Dear all,

 

we have a CMS that runs command view too with a changed host IP address.

 

Insight RS 7.0.5 and CV 10.2 is working fine, but we are unable to delete the entry with the old IP address from the device list (cannot delete hosting device).

 

How to do that?

So, is the "DELETE" button greyed out?

Is the device in question disabled for monitoring?

What message do you see when you hover the mouse pointer on the "DELETE" button?

Yes, greyed out. The message was cannot delete hosting device.

Hello Torsten,

 

Is there another device with the new ip address listed as well ?

 

Hosting Device  IP addresses need/have to remain static/fixed. The ip address is used as part of the registration process, token etc.  This is unknown area at the moment.    Not sure that there is/will be an easy/simple  fix.

 

Can you  please raise a support ticket to investigate further?
