Configure cron with setSysInfoCronEntry.sh
Hello
I configure ISEE (HPUX 11i) but no configure crontab with setSysInfoCronEntry.sh. Are logs files sent ?
Is nenecesary configure setSysInfoCronEntry.sh ?

the setSysInfoCronEntry.sh is only needed if you want to send your configuration information to HP on a regular basis. To send hardware events this is not needed. It might be very helpful the have the config infos if there are any problems with the system and the infos are no more available online, but this are not needed for ISEE to run. If you want to know some more about the configuration collection, access the user interface and select the "MAP" link. It will show you the infos about the maps that will run on your system.
