EVA's not showing up on HP Backend

I have 5 EVA's on two seperate SMA's. They all look good in SIM on all systems and Remote Support Entitlement page. But when I check the back end they do not show up under the CMS. What do I need to do to register the EVA's at the back end.The SMA's are registered OK
