Email notification Issue with IRS 7.8

Dear all

I've a strange problem with IRS: After installing IRS 7.8 I see that the email notificaton not arrive to the contact groups. The setting are the same before, the email test works correctly but when a case will opened we (and the customer) don't receive any notification. The case process is correct, only the notification doesn't work.

Any suggestions?
