I am also getting the same error.I have installed hp sim5.3 and installed webes 5.5 through rsswm.as per this thread i have to reinstalled webes 5.5 .i have to entered contract detail again for all server or not ?
should i reinstall it through rsswm or manually
Can i delete this task from scheduled job.When I test desta service manually it shows no error

Even after turning on webes notification setting and restarting desta service did not help
Now i am reinstalling webes again,

E2Es will occur unless log notification is enabled. Log notification can be enabled from either the SEA Web User Interface or else from the command line using the command "wsea log prob on".

I am running WEBES 5.6 and am having the same issue. I do not see WEBES Log Notifacation in the list to switch to ON. What I see is...

HP SIM notifacation (ON)
ISEE notifacation (ON)
Email notifacation (ON)
DTCS notifacation (OFF)
OSEM notifacation (OFF)
MOM notifacation (OFF)
SNMP notifacation (OFF)
HW Indictment notifacation (OFF)
Event Log notifacation (OFF)

Please advise.

Installed WEBES 5.6 Update 1 and the end to end detection messages are gone.
