End to End detection failed

I have a customer and they would always get this error. I have installed WEBES5.6.

Webes Health Check reported a problem at Thu, 29 Oct 2009 15:59:53 -0400

Hostname: cdaleeng
Version: 1.0
Error Code: E2E

Description:

Webes HeartBeat test failed to log event. Webes may not be in running state

Recommended Action:

Restart Webes Director or Contact HP services.

I have a customer getting the same message with WEBES5.6 using Remote Support Standrad, any info would be greatly appericated.

Have same issue SINCE updating to WEBES 5.6

Actions tried to resolve:
Restart Webes
Restart server
alternated event log notification state


Anyone a solution to this yet?

There are many configuration issues that can cause this. This message will persist every 8 hours until the issues is resolved.

Event log notification must be turned on in order for E2E to work. Default on installation is OFF. This usually clears this issue up.
