HP-CC for EVA No collections reached storage portal

SMA is windows 2000 + CV4 + ISEE + Webes + HPCC v10020004

CV4 can connect to EVA 3000 without any problem.

ISSE is running well, I’ve tested it with wsea test is okay.

I’ve tried to remove the device and re-create with a new EVA3000 device under HPCC, but I found the items for input the ip address and password was grey out, it was able to key-in in the past.

I found customer change their password few months ago.

In this do we need to reset CV password and configure EVA device in collection group.
