HP IRS 7.0.8 reception traps tests problems of monitored devices

Hi,

 

I've installed IRS 7.0.8 on VM win 2008 server r2 and when i execute trap test from any devices i want to monitore, i don't get any result on "Service Event" from IRS console.

 

Can someone help me solving this problem???

LudoCoul, please open a support call with HP to get assistance resolving this issue.
