Email Subscription Notifications Suspended Temporarily
We are in the process of making navigation in the Servers and Operating Systems forums simpler and more direct. While doing this, we have to temporarily suspend email notifications for subscriptions. HP Insight Remote Support 7.2.0.0026

Hi, how do I force a registration of clients in HP Insight Remote Support 7.2.0.0026 and where can I find the logs to see why the registration failed.

 

The clients all appear in HP Insight Remote Support 7.2.0.0026  but the registration status inicate registration error. (see attach irs.jpg)

 

 HP Insight Remote Support is registered and connected, no firewall blocking as well (see regstatus.jpg)
