HP Insight Remote Support 7.2.0.0026
Hi, how do I force a registration of clients in HP Insight Remote Support 7.2.0.0026 and where can I find the logs to see why the registration failed.
The clients all appear in HP Insight Remote Support 7.2.0.0026 but the registration status inicate registration error. (see attach irs.jpg)
HP Insight Remote Support is registered and connected, no firewall blocking as well (see regstatus.jpg)
