HP Insight Remote Support Login/Password

Does anyone know how to reset the password and login for insight remote support? I had set this up a while ago, and I can't seem to login with any login/password combination that would have been used. I have also tried accounts in the administrator group with no luck.

The administrator account on the local box (not in an LDAP group) is generally the account that is used.


In any case, the user for Insight Remote Support must be a member of the Administrator Group as

defined on the box on which is it running.


If this doesn't spark your memory - you would need to open a support case with HP to have support

assist you with this request.
