HP Instant Support Professional Edition.

How do I get an account for this to log into? I tried installing it to fix a printer problem and it asked me for a username and password. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi, Mike,

Apparently the information that will be sent through the software will be confidential. I believe that's why it is requesting a User ID and Password.

Re: HP Instant Support Professional Edition.

As I said before I can't login after installing the software. I type my normal login name and password that I use and can't sign in after that.

Pat,
Your link helps a little but still doesn't get past the login screen.

Re: HP Instant Support Professional Edition.

Mike,

When you registered your product with HP, you had an id and password. Are those the login words you are using?

Re: HP Instant Support Professional Edition.

Sorry, Mike,

I couldn't locate support docs but in the Standard Configuration it stated: "Use Admin as the ID and ISEE as the password. Strongly recommended to change password, see page 98 of guide."

Re: HP Instant Support Professional Edition.

Since this is a technical college we really don't register the products. That's probably part of the problem.
