HP SIM 5.3 SP1 with Webes 5.6. There is a lot of errors.

I have installed HP SIM 5.3 SP1 with Webes 5.6 and i have a lot of errors.

Webes Health Check reported a problem at mar, 8 dic 2009 14:01:08 +0100

Hostname: GOVAVIRUS
Version: 1.0
Error Code: E2E

Description:
Webes HeartBeat test failed to log event. Webes may not be in running state
CallStack:
Recommended Action:
Restart Webes Director or Contact HP services.

What is the solution ????

Send a test event and check wether this is transmitted correctly - therefor do a "wsea n test" and check the status in using the "WEBES Notifications" screen. If the event does not show up or is not properly delivered you needs to check the logs - depending on what does not work the logfiles you needs to check are different.

There i a lot of errors. The test doesn't send anything. And my client is very surprised because the Webes 5.6 doesn't function.

I am uninstalling and installind and there errors not dissapears.....

A lot of people has a lot of errors....

What is the solutions please ????

Installing Webes 5.5 ???????

Proposals to get rid of this messages are described in the WEBES Regerence Guide. It can be downloaded from http://www.hp.com/services/webes

If the events are not generated / submitted to Webes check if it is properly installed. If your problem cannot be solved with the hints in the guides, remove WEBES using the SWM and run the WEBES Cleanup Utilities (http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/svctools/webes/webesdownloads.html#cleanup)afterwards. If possible reboot the server. After that reinstalled WEBES and check if it works now.
