Send a test event and check wether this is transmitted correctly - therefor do a "wsea n test" and check the status in using the "WEBES Notifications" screen. If the event does not show up or is not properly delivered you needs to check the logs - depending on what does not work the logfiles you needs to check are different.

Proposals to get rid of this messages are described in the WEBES Regerence Guide. It can be downloaded from http://www.hp.com/services/webes

If the events are not generated / submitted to Webes check if it is properly installed. If your problem cannot be solved with the hints in the guides, remove WEBES using the SWM and run the WEBES Cleanup Utilities (http://h18023.www1.hp.com/support/svctools/webes/webesdownloads.html#cleanup)afterwards. If possible reboot the server. After that reinstalled WEBES and check if it works now.
