[HP SIM - OSEM] Do I need OSEM?

Hi,

I have just installed HP SIM 6.0 and I an trying to understand if I also need OSEM or not. What funcionality do I miss if I do not install OSEM? Does HP SIM do the same things or not?

You no longer need OSEM since all of its functionality has been migrated into WEBES, (Web Based Enterprise Service) which is one of the SW packages included in RSSWM, (Remote Support Software Manager).
