HP SIM and RSA under VMWare.

Can HP SIM 6.2 and RSA that comes with it run under VMWare? I have seen statements that older versions of RSA and RSP will not.

HPSIM 6.2 and RSA can run on virtual servers.
The trick to getting RSA working is that you need to tell HPSIM that the server it's on is a Proliant!
How to do it and the requirements are doc'd.
Not sure what the minimum version of RSA is to do it, but I think if you're pulling down a recent version of 6.2 you should be good to go.

You're safe with A.05.50 on 64-bit VM. The IRSA Release Notes is where you'll find the specifics.
