HP SIM-----not able to capture events from Client

Kindly provide the settings to be done for HP SIM configuration.
We have installed and configured HP SIM Server.HP SIM has discovered new client and the communication also fine.
But we are not able to capture events from client.
We have trien by sending the Test Event from HP WBEM.
Kindly Provide a solution.

Hi Rakesh,
Issue seems to be with the management agents, have you installed management agents?
Also, install complete ProLiant Support pack.
And, what is the client server model and operating system installed?

Or, you may just run repair agents to fix this.
