HP storageworks cim object manager (Insight remote support)

Hi, is normal for the server where I installed the command view eva 8.0.1 to start the service HP StorageWorks CIM object manager tell me that "The Hp storageworks cim object manager service o locar computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they have no work to do".
