HPSIM + RSP

Hi Guys

I have installed HPSIM 5.2 + RSP, I distributed and installed RSP to my SIMSERVER from HPSIM Web Interface, buy when a I want to use the menu "Options->Remote Support Configuration Services". I have an error about cookies on the IE Explorer. I active all options on the IE Explorer and the problem still on. Any one have an idea about this, I attachhed the screen-shot.

I had that problem too. I was able to fix it. Under Internet Options, select the Privacy tab. Now click on the Sites Button and add your local domain to the list of sites that should always allow cookies. Now log out of SIM and close your browser. It should work now.
