Hi Daniel,
At this point they're still working on a "real fix" for the E2E on WEBES, but there are a few workarounds as you can see.
If you're still getting it on 5.1 your best chance is to remove it and install WEBES 5.2
Do not just upgrade,
Remove 5.1 from add/remove programs, during the removal it will ask you if you want to keep your configuration, say NO to that*
When you finish removing 5.1 go ahead and install 5.2
This is what has given better results for me at least.
*Keep in mind that you'll have to enter all the information again, that includes:
-Site info
-Contact info
-SMTP Server name
-Entitlement info for the EVA's and the SMA:
Serial#-Product#-SAID/Contract/Carepack#

To reply to my own question. This is what worked for me in WEBES 5.5
Start menu...Systems Event Analyzer -> WEBES Notification Settings. WEBES log notification set to ON.
