HealthCheck failed, and installation problem.

Hi everybody, that's my problem: after the installation (swinstall -s /file.depot \*), I run /opt/runner/bin/HealthCheck.sh shell script, and that's the output:

Hardware listing File........STATUS: OLD - PROBLEM FOUND!
MODIFIED: Tue Nov 16 10:27:40 CET 2004
Software listing File........STATUS: OLD - PROBLEM FOUND!
MODIFIED: Tue Nov 16 10:27:42 CET 2004

on another system, I can't install:

ERROR: "ht2-osssvil:/": 1 postinstall or postremove scripts failed.
* The execution phase failed for "ht2-osssvil:/".
* Analysis and Execution had errors.

as suggest, i run swjob:
ERROR: The "postinstall" script for "Availability" failed (exit code
"1"). The script location was
"/var/tmp/BAAa24596/catalog/Availability/pfiles/postinstall".
* This script had errors and the execution of this product
cannot proceed until the problem is fixed. Check the above
output from the script for further details.
I don't know where I can found info about...
